How you\'ll spend your day

Senior managers monitor the Overall performance of the team.

• Manage the team members, is involved and guides the team to accomplish the set objectives.
• Responsible for managing the team- including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination and other disciplinary actions etc.
• Define and communicate job descriptions, core competencies, performance standards and expectations. Accountable for the performance and results of the team.
• Establish accurate and consistent productivity expectations and revise as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of reward and recognition programs in order to achieve optimal employee satisfaction and retention.
• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
• Should be able to prepare & present reports to management.

Your experience and qualifications

• MBBS degree approved by MCI (Medical Council of India.)
• Master\'s Degree. M.D Pharmacology / MD in Medicine
• Understanding of clinical research process and ICH GCP & BA/BE studies
• Basic understanding of the drug development process.
• 10+ years of healthcare/bio-pharmaceutical management experience out of which 8 years should be purely be /BA/BE management experience.
• The candidate should have worked for BA/BE studies, either in CRO or a biopharmaceutical company.
• Prior line management experience managing a minimum team size of 4-6 persons is must.
