We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Pitumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulics, production, and manufacturing processes. This role requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and equipment.
• Oversee production processes to ensure efficient operation and high-quality output.
• Develop and implement manufacturing procedures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure operational reliability.
• Analyze production data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all manufacturing and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in hydraulics, production, and manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
