Job Description

/ Skills Required:

• Design and Development: Lead the design and development of new product mechanical components with a focus on fabrication, casting, tooling, and enclosure design of Rubber, sheetmetal and plastic materials.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet all requirements.
• Prototyping and Testing: Produce design ideas, develop prototypes and conduct testing to validate designs.
• CAD Proficiency: Utilize advanced CAD software (SolidWorks) for design and documentation such as PLM, BOMs etc.
• Responsible for on-time completion design and development documents (Product cost, DFM, DFA, DFMEA, CAPA, DVPR and etc..,).
• Vendor and Regulatory Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
• Communication and Leadership: Exhibit strong communication skills and leadership abilities for effective team collaboration and project execution.
• Proficient in engineering drawings, engineering standards, dimensioning & tolerance, drawing symbols, GD&T, engineering calculation, engineering materials, tolerance stack-up analysis and etc.

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics, B.E in Mechanical/Mechatronics, , M.E in Mechanical/Mechatronics

Work Experience: 10-14 Years of experience

Salary Range: As per Industry Standards
