Job Description

1. Brand Building Activity:

Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation within the target B2B market.

Create compelling brand narratives and messaging tailored to resonate with the company's audience.

Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics such as brand awareness, perception, and sentiment.

2. Event Management:

Plan, organize, and oversee participation in industry-specific trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.

Coordinate logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and staff training for successful event execution.

Evaluate the effectiveness of each event in generating leads, fostering relationships, and increasing brand awareness.

3. Webinars:

Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging webinars targeting key decision-makers and stakeholders in the B2B sector.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant and insightful webinar topics.

Utilize various marketing channels to promote webinars and drive registrations.

4. Lead Collection:

Implement lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential customers interested in the company's products or services.

Utilize CRM systems and marketing automation tools to manage, track, and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement and conversion.

5. Public Relations (PR):

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and trade publications.

Develop and distribute press releases, case studies, and other PR materials to showcase company achievements, innovations, and thought leadership.

Monitor media coverage and online mentions of the brand, and proactively address any negative publicity or reputation issues.

6. Performance Measurement and Reporting:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each marketing initiative and regularly track progress towards goals.

Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, events, and activities.

Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting the impact of brand marketing efforts on business outcomes and ROI.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and corporate communications to align brand marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed, leveraging marketing expertise to drive collective success.

8. Continuous Learning and Development:

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to B2B marketing.

Participate in training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to brand marketing in the manufacturing sector.

Actively seek feedback and self-assessments to identify areas for improvement and professional growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
