Job Details: Marketing Manager Overview: Shri Sai College of Nursing and Paramedical is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing enrollment in the courses offered by the college. As a key member of our team, the Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the college\'s image, driving brand awareness, and implementing effective marketing campaigns to attract prospective students. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with the college\'s objectives to drive enrollment in nursing and paramedical courses. 2. Brand Management: Oversee and enhance the college\'s brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials. 3. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing, and content creation to reach and engage the target audience. 4. Traditional Marketing: Plan and execute traditional marketing activities such as print media, radio, and local outreach programs to reach a diverse audience. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with admissions and academic teams to understand course offerings, unique selling points, and key differentiators to effectively communicate them in marketing materials. 6. Event Management: Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and outreach programs to connect with potential students, parents, and educational stakeholders. 7. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly. 8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient strategies that yield optimal results. 9. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to the management team. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus. 2. Minimum five years of proven work experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector. 3. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution. 6. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 7. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms. 8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
