The Role:

CyberArk is looking for a Webinar Team Leader to join the Marketing team to execute a global webinar events program. The Webinar Team Leader plays a dual role as a technical/strategic resource to the global marketing team and allocates and manages resources within the Webinar team. The candidate will create and execute webinars and online events within ON24 and WebEx platforms, manage the global webinar calendar, and act as a subject matter expert to the internal Webinar team and the global Marketing team. This role aligns to a designated region and will need to accommodate rotation shifts.

Supports day to day usage and serves as the technical lead and authority on construction and scheduling of individual webinars/multi-day webinars using the ON24 and WebEx platforms

Consults with internal teams and external partners to provide directional support during event creation and troubleshooting

Allocates and manages internal webinar resources and communicates goals to the broader team

Coaches and improves team member skill sets
