  • Responsible for managing P&C practice involving delivery, solution and consulting
  • Will be managing a large sector of 500+ people
  • Delivery Leadership & Governance
  • Responsible for client presentations to position offerings and working with accounts to ensure staffing, risk coverage and provide leadership from P&C services point of view
  • Single point of contact for all delivery units servicing 18 countries across APAC, EMEA and America.
  • Focus on People aspect, Solutions that could be taken to market
  • Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies
Skills Required:
  • Has 15+ years of experience managing P&C practice involving delivery, solution and consulting skills covering the insurance value chain of services in Underwriting and Claims.
  • Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
  • Very good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions
  • Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies
  • Strong outcome driven approach in delivery, consulting and solutions
  • Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Superb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the professional staff, senior level executives, and the business community at large scale.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 15 years of experience in P&C practice
  • A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is required.
  • MBA from a reputed form will be an added advantage.
  • Advanced Insurance certification from reputed organizations like CII, FINRA, IRDAI, The Institutes CPCU Society (not mandatory)
