Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements. Requirements We are looking for a professional Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all organisation\'s operations and contribute in a product environment. Incumbent will be responsible for contributing towards the product, improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. Proven working experience as manager with extensive experience in a product environment Strong program management skills Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace Excels at operating in fast pace community & environment Persuasive with details and facts Delegate responsibilities effectively High comfort level working in a diverse environment Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation Leadership and organisational skills Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style Preferences Project Management, Communication Mangement, Content Engineering, 360 degree Feedback Job Responsibilities Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
