What you\'ll doThe IT Deployment Manager drives the deployment of the applications, devices and products, which have been developed and ensures they are tested and ready for the operational environment, including managing overall release management. The IT Deployment Manager focusses upon the supervision of a team, who execute activities for the integration and flow of the application/product and end-to-end application testing, ensuring it is fit-for-purpose and released properly into the production systems. Typically reports to the Senior IT Deployment Manager.Job DecriptionThe Process Mining Service Operations Lead will lead the EVO- AD Process Mining FinOps/CoE Portfolio to plan, execute, deliver, and coordinate the Process Mining related agile deliveries on the SAP SAC and Signavio platforms. The role owner will support and consult the business in tailoring the EVO template to new requirements. This support goes from Design to Go-Live. Furthermore, the Lead ensures the internal System integrator will deliver according to agreed requirements and the implementation follows the Vodafone template.

  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate both verbal and in writing at all levels - i.e. Senior Management, Business Stakeholders, Global Process Owner/Lead and external/internal System Integrator.
  • Active listener: ability to translate business requirements into solutions and to identify gaps between those requirements and the existing Core Business Model for finance.
  • Ability to quickly understand and adopt Vodafone\'s way of working and to follow/adhere to internal processes and procedures. Vodafone has an implementation approach based on ASAP methodology. And started recently to apply an agile delivery approach. The candidate should have experience in applying and following SAP delivery methodology. Agile experience or Agile training are a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills: Ability to prioritise and to achieve challenging deadlines. Used to work in a global and multicultural environment.
  • Experience in a multinational company is a must.
  • Extensive experience of SAP/ERP implementations and methodologies. Agile training or experience is a plus.
  • Experience (over 10 years) in in large-scale and complex Business Transformation Programmes across multiple countries.
  • Good understanding of several of the following SAP FI modules: GL, AR, AP, Assets, Overhead Cost Management, COPA, TCM.
  • Strong knowledge SAP SAC, Signavio, DataShpere, SCM and HR solutions and their integration into S4 finance.
Interacting with:
  • Program managers and project managers.
  • The role will work mostly with Business Stakeholders, Global Process Owner and Leads and external/internal System Integrator.
  • Process and Data Governance Teams
  • Product Management Organisation (Finance, SCM, BI and Cross-Functions)
  • IT Delivery Team
