• Identify and source goods and services that meet the needs and specifications of the departments.
• Prepare and issue requests for proposals, quotations, and bids to potential suppliers.
• Evaluate and compare proposals, quotations, and bids based on price, quality, delivery, service, and other criteria.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers, ensuring compliance to the procurement policy and procedures.
• Manage and monitor contracts, orders, invoices, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and payment.
• Conduct risk assessment and due diligence on suppliers, ensuring compliance to the legal, ethical, and environmental standards.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers, internal customers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and quality of the suppliers and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise with the suppliers or the internal customers.
• Keep track of the market trends, best practices, and new opportunities in the procurement field.
• Maintain and update the procurement records, reports, and databases.

Required Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Non-IT / Indirect procurement, sourcing, or purchasing such as Admin & Facilities, Insurance, Professional Services, Consulting and other related transactions both for domestic and international regions (UK, USA, etc.).
• Knowledge of the procurement process, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sourcing, evaluating, and contracting suppliers and vendors.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to decision making and cost optimization.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
