By leveraging extensive knowledge of website products, copywriting, SEO, and financial management, the Sr. Manager of Website Services will build efficient teams, streamline processes, and manage international market expansion. Cultivating a culture of ownership, accountability, and professional growth, they will lead the team with a blend of strategic vision and hands-on management to maintain a competitive edge and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Your Impact:

What You Bring to the Table:

• Comprehensive knowledge of website products and technical skills for development and maintenance.
• Deep understanding of copywriting and SEO to optimize content and improve website visibility.
• Awareness of industry trends and future developments in website services, hosting, and content production.
• Strong strategic thinking and innovation skills.
• Ability to critically assess and adapt to international market requirements.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership and team development skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire.
• Proven experience in customer service and delivering superior service delivery.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in website services, including development, maintenance, and SEO.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred).
