Position Summary with Job Responsibilities Sr. Manager Utilities Education BE( Electrical/Electronics) Work Experience . Ensuring availability of energy sources to equipment\'s like power, Compressed air, water and gas. . Maintenance of power substations, compressor house for uninterrupted energy sources . Planning improvement projects in power distribution, compressed air distribution and ETP area. . Daily tracking of energy consumption in manufacturing shops . Planning and executing energy conservation projects . Installation of new equipment\'s in utility area . Power and control circuit trouble shooting . HT/LT operations ,transformers ,HT/LT breakers . Planning, installation and commissioning of 2 MVA 22Kv/415 V substations ,Transformers ,HT board ,LT Board ,RTPFC panels ,Power panels ,cables ,cable trays etc . Maintaining unity power factor by planning proper operations of 40 nos substation with RTPFC and TSC panels through a team of contractors . Ensure proper preventive maintenance of substations, power panels and lighting panels . Ensure proper maintenance of earth pits, and lighting arrestors . Ensure proper operations of compressors and dryers through team of contractor Tata Motors Leadership Competencies 1.
