Presto offers its AI solution, Presto Voice\xe2\x84\xa2, to quick service restaurants (QSR) and has some of the most recognized restaurant names in the United States as its customers.We are currently looking for a hands-on QA Manager with over 10 years of experience in AI test automation. The QA Manager will collaborate with leadership to enhance the coverage, adoption, and capabilities of existing automation systems while anticipating future innovations and improvements.Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of automated testing for Voice AI product.
• Actively participate in coding and developing automated tests alongside your team.
• Work with leadership to define best practices.
• Advocate and educate on automated testing and the automated framework.
• Integrate testing as an integral part of CI/CD and developer workflow and toolset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in software development, preferably with BDD tools like Cucumber and Behave.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing automated test solutions and frameworks for complex AI solutions, focusing on reducing maintenance costs, increasing reliability, robustness, and ease of use, as well as training.
• At least 3 years of lead or people management experience.
• Fluent in Python, PyTest, Locusts, Jmeter, Postman, JavaScript, Jest, and BDD frameworks such as Cucumber and Behave.
• Strong experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
• Strong experience testing AI, LLM, ASR, etc.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, preferably GitLab.
