Position Overview:
Boeing Global Talent Acquisition team is currently looking for Senior Manager Talent Acquisition- Boeing India Engineering to join their team in Bangalore, India.
As the Sr. TA manager for Engineering, you'll be a strategic partner to our Engineering leadership team. You'll develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, identify, and hire top-tier engineering talent across all engineering disciplines as well as be part of a global leadership team aiming to transform how technical recruiting is done at Boeing. You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from defining hiring needs to closing offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience through excellent leadership , stakeholder management and people management skills.
Position Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of passionate, highly capable Leads, Recruiters and Sources
• Partner with Engineering leadership to understand their current and future talent needs.
• Develop and implement a sourcing strategy to attract a diverse pool of qualified engineering candidates, utilizing a variety of channels such as online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Manage the recruitment process for all engineering roles, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, coordinating interviews, and attending recruiting events.
• Lead the negotiation process and extend competitive offers to top candidates.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficient hiring processes.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest tech recruiting trends and talent market insights.
• Champion our employer brand and culture to attract and retain top talent.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on engineering and technical recruitment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a TA leadership position
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting top engineering talent across various disciplines.
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Expert stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and with a strong sense of urgency.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Workday as an ATS a plus
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 21 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+ 20 years' related work experience.
