Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace.Position Overview:Boeing Global Talent Acquisition team is currently looking for Senior Manager Talent Acquisition- Boeing India Engineering to join their team in Bangalore, India.As the Sr. TA manager for Engineering, you\'ll be a strategic partner to our Engineering leadership team. You\'ll develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, identify, and hire top-tier engineering talent across all engineering disciplines as well as be part of a global leadership team aiming to transform how technical recruiting is done at Boeing. You\'ll be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from defining hiring needs to closing offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience through excellent leadership , stakeholder management and people management skills.Position Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of passionate, highly capable Leads, Recruiters and Sources
- Partner with Engineering leadership to understand their current and future talent needs.
- Develop and implement a sourcing strategy to attract a diverse pool of qualified engineering candidates, utilizing a variety of channels such as online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Manage the recruitment process for all engineering roles, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, coordinating interviews, and attending recruiting events.
- Lead the negotiation process and extend competitive offers to top candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficient hiring processes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest tech recruiting trends and talent market insights.
- Champion our employer brand and culture to attract and retain top talent.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on engineering and technical recruitment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a TA leadership position
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top engineering talent across various disciplines.
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Expert stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and with a strong sense of urgency.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience with Workday as an ATS a plusTypical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 21 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+ 20 years\' related work experience.Relocation:This position does offer relocation within INDIA.
