Job opening for Sr. Manager (Service + Maintenance) in SuratExperience Min 5 yearsSalary: NegotiableThe role of the Sr. Manager (Service + Maintenance) would be to manage the entire service department of around 70 to 80 people.He would have sub managers/assistants under him to manage this team.Should have experience of monitoring maintenance teams through his assistantsKey responsibilities of a service maintenance worker might include:Regular Inspections:Conducting routine checks on equipment, machinery, and building systems to identify potential problems before they become major issues.Preventative Maintenance:Performing scheduled maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and calibration to prevent equipment breakdowns and extend lifespan.Troubleshooting and Repairs:Diagnosing malfunctions, replacing faulty parts, and fixing issues with equipment and systems.Emergency Repairs:Responding to urgent maintenance issues and performing necessary repairs to minimize downtime.Record Keeping:Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, including dates, repairs performed, and parts replaced.Compliance with Safety Standards:Following all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
