Graduate / MBA with 12 + years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Industrial Consumables, Consumer durables such as Hardware, Paint, Adhesives or furnishing etc. background.:
- To generate requirement for the product by meeting perspective client and discussing with them about the product, its quality and benefits.
- Relationship management with key Customers / Dealers.
- New Market Development | Good knowledge of marketing activities such as scheme, loyalty programs, Marketing Apps.
- Selling new products/Current products for new application by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends & results.
- Meet sales and collection targets on monthly basis.
- To understand customer requirements with respect to product and service and ensure same is met in co-ordination with plant, factory and distribution team to ensure timely dispatch.
- MIS & Budgeting | Quotation & Negotiation Planning.
- Keeping close watch on Competitors activities.
- Managing, Guiding and Training to existing team and also build team for effective coverage of the territory.
