Overview:
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to ensure excellent customer servicedelivery of all technology solutions and products to clients, througheffective project management, service metrics tracking, budgetmanagement, issue resolution, optimal resource allocation, andmaintenance of a skilled team of all delivery resources for the client
Roles & Responsibilities
Handling Transitions by
1. Act as a single point of escalation Designing Accreditation
2. Creating & Conducting assessments
3. Reporting & Publishing Assessment updatesHighlight program risks and works with relevant stakeholder(s) to prioritize and mitigate the risks
Responsible to drive the synergies in Delivery by coordinating amongst core teams, technology towers, client and service enablement teams
Responsible for MBR/ QBR and Executive connects and provide outside in perspective on outsourcing trends and capabilities
Responsible for bringing the best of Wipro capabilities to support Lendlease business growth
Support in new age solutions with differentiated value propositions, and drive outcome based commercial constructs and contracts to closure
MUST HAVE
Tertiary qualification in Progam Management = PMP Certified
Minimum 12 years of experience in BPO account management preferably in Finance domain
Strong English oral and written communication and influencing skills
Strong commercial acumen
Understaning the client requirement and articulate same as key deliverables to the delivery team
