Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 60 to 80 people, depending on the process, usually working in shifts.
- Ensure that the production schedule meets quality, lead-time and cost requirements.
- Ensure the safety of staff, equipment and the neighbourhood, and that operations comply with environmental requirements.
- Ensure that equipment undergoing maintenance is made safe.
- Ensure that operating instructions and quality assurance documents are updated and followed.
- Ensure that people are motivated and efficient in order to maintain high-level team performance.
- Help to improve the facilitys productivity and operating conditions.
- Help to foster greater synergy between Production, Maintenance and Inspection.
- responsible for the technical coordination and control of the chemical production processes
- Providing training on operations to all the employees
- Proficiency in chemical engineering and conducting reactions.
- Managing people and equipment.
- Process safety knowledge
- 10-15 years of experience as production manager in agrochemical, pharma
Salary:- Upto 25.00 LPA
