Job Description

Summary The incumbent will be responsible for Injectable Process Manitanance Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage maintenance activities for injectable manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues to maintain optimal production efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support equipment installation, qualification, and validation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, calibration records, and equipment logs.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and implement solutions.
• Manage budgets and resources for maintenance activities.
• Prepare reports on maintenance performance and technical data for planning and decision-making.
