Our client is a turnkey Integrated Pharma Factory Specailist (EPC) with manufacuturing of Cleanroom Panels, AHU, Ducts , Electrical Panels , Laminar Devices , Passbox. They plan to float an IPO in the MSME exchange and are growing at a CAGR of 25%yoyThe Sr. Manager Process Engineering will responsible for leading and managing our consulting team, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful project delivery for our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Consulting Department, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the consulting business and expand service offerings.
• Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee all aspects of consulting projects, including feasibility studies, conceptual design, detailed design, and project execution.
• Provide technical expertise in process engineering, guiding and supporting the consulting team on technical aspects of pharmaceutical projects.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory guidelines and norms, including EU GMP, FDA, and others.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of material and man flow to optimize plant layout and design.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of consulting services. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in pharmaceutical engineering technologies and best practices.
• Mentor and develop the consulting team, fostering their technical and professional growth.

QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering , Bpharm or a related field.Minimum 12 years of experience working in pharmaceutical project consulting or engineering.Proven track record of managing and successfully delivering complex pharmaceutical projects.Extensive experience in various dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, oral liquids, ointments, injectable vials, ampoules, dry powder injectables, Large Volume Parenterals (LVPs).Deep understanding of diverse therapeutic areas, such as General, Betalactum, Biotech, Oncology, and hormones.
