Manage a portfolio of complex projects owning overall responsibility for their successful completion and customer satisfaction.
Ensure the quality delivery of projects and initiate regular reviews of their cost effectiveness and business value.
Initiate/lead simplification projects for the service delivery scope of the Service Centers to realize a fit-for-purpose service delivery model.Your Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage the pipeline of project plans and project backlog. moderate regular reviews and a pipeline of projects.
  • Manage the transformation agenda and propose and initiate projects to realize transformation objectives.
  • Develop and mitigate risks. interdependencies among multiple projects Identify and manage and distribute them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle.
  • Define success criteria regarding key project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues and key decisions required from respective project stakeholders.
  • Review status reporting meetings and diligently Oversee project progress
  • Prepare and review cost estimates, business cases and detailed project plans.
  • Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and build mature project management capabilities.
  • Establish coach teams in the context of program/project management and provide relevant trainings when necessary.
What youll bring to the role:Essential Requirements:
  • Graduate Degree; MBA or equivalent management experience. Preferably degree in business, economics, finance or other relevant fields.
  • 5+ years of project portfolio management or project management experience, including project scope across functions and geographies.
  • Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques, SCRUM, Prince2 Practitioner or PMP certification a plus.
  • Experience in an international environment and enjoy working across functional teams.
  • Experience in the interaction and coordination of service/process changes across functions and geographies.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.
