It is consistently recognized on and lists.The Role:This role will oversee the entire Payroll operations in India and some parts of their global operations ensuring compliance, timely and accurate delivery, and driving strategy transformation and digitalization.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, covering the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to retirement.
• Ensure compliance with income tax laws, labour laws, and complete accounting processes.
• Drive strategy transformation and digitalization initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of employee centricity and sensitivity.
• Design, implement, and sustain effective control measures.
• Think ahead and initiate strategic improvements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement with a \xe2\x80\x9cWhatNext\xe2\x80\x9d approach.
• Ensure business continuity planning (BCP) across people, processes, and technology.
• Handle conflict management and make informed decisions.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Operational efficiency and quality sustenance in high-volume environments.
• Process, people, and technology sustenance.
• Benefits administration and compliance management.
• Digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post-graduation in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 18 years of experience handling end-to-end payroll operations in India, preferably from a finance or operations function, not HR.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing a large team.
