Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in BPO operations.
- Proven experience in insurance sales in a Managerial Designation mandatory with proper documentation.
- Experience managing teams of 200-400 agents.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.

Job KRA's :
- Oversee and manage the health insurance sales process for assigned teams in Bangalore.
- Implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Support and develop team leaders and supervisors to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per year
