• Planning aa,A Translate the strategic objectives into design of tools and reports.
• aa,A Assist Functional Lead in driving the integrated forecasting process between verticals & horizontals.
• aa,A Develop long term strategic planning to meet the BUaa,a,,s long term objectives.
• Support Functional Lead in execution of the long term strategic plan for the BU.
• aa,A Identify and detect risk areas.
• Reporting & Analysis aa,A Perform various operational analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• aa,A Trend analysis of various operations related data points.
• provide inputs to the SrAnalyst on what needs to be reported.
• aa,A Assist Functional Lead in preparation of the BU annual operating plan.
• aa,A Accurate and timely delivery of reports to BU Functional Head on margin trends and action items.
• aa,A Remove bottlenecks in terms of data and related dependencies.
• aa,A Provide insights through Risk projections and provide early warning data and appropriate risk mitigation plan.
• Process Improvement aa,A Initiate & monitor inputs for Six Sigma and lean methods that can contribute towards continuous improvement efforts.
• aa,A Applies highly developed specialist knowledge and skills for Process Re engineering and other continuous improvement approaches.
• aa,A Lead team in formulating articulating and prioritizing key conclusions.
• Provide inputs to the Functional Lead about process improvements.
• aa,A Develop comprehensive set of sound recommendations.
• aa,A Support recommendations with adequate research.
• aa,A Ensuring changes brought in as a part of improvement are adhered.
• aa,A Work with the Functional leader in creating BU wide change management efforts in alignment with the corporate or BU specific strategy.
• Knowledge Management aa,A Publish and Maintain a repository of solutions best practices and standards and other knowledge articles.
• aa,A Monitor updating of process improvement documents learnings.
• Thought Leadership/Evangelization aa,A Evangelize BPM processes within the BU.
• aa,A Identify best practices reusable assets innovations.
• aa,A Participate in different forums to showcase BPM capabilities and insights under the guidance of senior team members.
• aa,A Interact and engage with BUaa,a,,s & Analysts and BPM leadership around new innovative ideas concepts assets industry trends and implications etc.
• aa,A Engage with counterparts (from BU and BPM) to provide functional area related subject matter expertise.
• Project Management aa,A Review the status update of the teams.
• aa,A On the basis of requirements identify the estimation and resource planning.
• aa,A Review daily / weekly metrics on schedule.
• Share metrics / status report with Functional Lead as and when required.
• aa,A Develop communication protocols escalation matrix reporting mechanisms.
• aa,A Identify risk and mitigation strategies.
• aa,A Act as the point of contact on the Project delivery for Project related updates with the BU's and for regular communication of Project updates.
• Understand issues from the BU perspective and provide appropriate solutions.
• 'aa,A Project Planning: Create Project plan including aspects such as cost schedule scope requirements risk quality communication & stakeholder management effort estimation resource planning.

aa,A Risk Management and Dependency Management :


Identify and manage Risk during Project onset and during the course of the Project• Team Building aa,A Conduct training programs knowledge sharing sessions and blog actively for knowledge dissemination within the business unit.
• aa,A Conduct training programs for team on best practices in process best practices.
• gain industry standard certifications on technology and architecture consulting.
• aa,A Create / Provide training on best practices in process around different functional areas like Sales and Pipeline Management Profitability Management Revenue and resource forecasting etc.
• People Management aa,A Engage with team.
