Understand the creative requirements of the store and inform superiors and make necessary arrangements.
Communicate and participate in meetings with Visual merchandising team for store branding requirements, new visual and decor ideas.
Supervise and execute ATL, BTL, digital activities & other localized marketing campaigns at store level in coordination with Showroom Head based on the approvals from MHQ Marketing team (execution, tracking, generating leads and analyzing outcomes).
Monitor hoardings by collecting relevant information from Marketing Executives and manage BTL expenses.
Make necessary arrangements to replace the damaged hoarding boards.
Network with major industry players and gather information on competitors marketing strategy and their activities and update superiors with current market situation.
Monitor the general sentiment about the brand online (monitoring reviews, comments, messages & posts) and implement online reputation management activities to ensure neutral/positive sentiment.
Ensure and measure the effectiveness of community marketing.
