Job Description
Purpose of the Job RoleThe overall purpose is to lead the Marketing, Communication initiatives and create brand awareness. Developing marketing campaigns aligned with company business goals.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, client engagement and revenue growth.Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, public relations, and event planning.Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams for branding across all channels.Analyse market trends, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.Market research and competition mapping. Guide the sales team to arrange for competitor information (services, campaigns etc.) and aid in market understandingManaging press releasesCollaborating with PR agencies to market the brandBranding internally for existing and new clientsNumber of Years of Experience & Required Specialized KnowledgeOverall 10 years of experience in developing marketing strategies and communication, from preferred industries like Food Services, Catering, Hotels, Hospitality & facilities & FMCG.
