As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead the development and execution of market research initiatives, analyze data to identify market trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive market research strategies to support business goals.- Analyze syndicated data to extract meaningful insights and trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights into product development, marketing campaigns, and business strategies.- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.- Design and conduct primary and secondary market research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and competitive analyses.- Connecting dots building wholistic analysis using internal external data points for data driven decision making-Conduct digital marketing analytics and provide insights for digital marketing- Social Media Listening/ MonitoringSkills:Analytical Skills, Strategic thinking, project management, understanding on market research tools, web analytics etc.Hands-on experience in dealing with platforms - like Hootsuite, Brandwatch etc.Mandatory technical skills - PowerBI, QlikSense, google analytics , MS Excel, SQLQualificationsQualifications:- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; masters degree preferred.- Min 5 Years of experience in market research in pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.- Proficiency in market research methodologies, data analysis tools, and statistical techniques.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationAbbVie is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives, serving our community and embracing diversity and inclusion.
