3. Formulating and monitoring work related policies
4. Managing various suits/criminal complaint filed by/against the company.
5. Risk evaluation and mitigation through lodging of FIR/police complaint
6. Monitoring and advising on changes in relevant legislations & regulatory environment.
7. Drafting and vetting legal notices and response to legal notices received by the company
8. Drafting/Vetting of documentation pertaining to Companys properties (immovable and movable), checking title issues.
