You will collaborate with People Partners and cross-functional leaders to drive initiatives around succession planning, competency building, performance management, and employee engagement. Your mission is to deliver forward-thinking, agile learning experiences that empower our leaders to build strong talent pipelines and foster a culture of continuous learning.As a key strategic partner, you will shape and oversee the approach to learning and development, particularly focusing on manager expectations and leadership development. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, enabling you to flex between high-level planning and hands-on implementation based on business priorities.
