Job Description


We are seeking a people-focused and driven Learning and Development Lead to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development and will apply new and evolving methods to assist the business with the development of their team members. The focus of the role is to review and amend current learning and development methods to improve the performance and overall outlook of our team members, helping them to see a defined career path to support the growth and development of our employees.As an L&D Lead, this role will be strategic in nature with dual reporting to India GCC HR Head as well as Global L&D lead focused on fostering an environment of continuous learning and development within an organization. This professional is tasked with creating, implementing, and managing training programs that support the professional growth of all employees.Key responsibilities:

  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Develop and implement learning strategies for the overall development
  • Plan end-to-end development programs according to the organizational requirements
  • Plan and prepare training materials in lines with the latest trends
  • Arrange in-house training programs as well as online e-learning models
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress through Performance Appraisals to work on Talent pipeline identification and collaborate with HRBP team to work on Retention learning needs as well as Performance upskilling programs, if any.
  • Modify and adjust training programs when needed as per the company\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
  • Record and report training courses, schedules, and results. Share the same with the management on a regular basis
  • Carry out research and incorporate new methodologies for effective development and overall growth
  • Understand best practices across industry and incorporate innovative Learning and Development tools and techniques
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
