Greetings from Reliance Retail!!We are seeking an Internal Communication Specialist who will primarily work with stake holders on communications initiatives, projects and programs.Responsibilities:Plan, develop and execute a multi-faceted strategic internal communications program and campaigns for all employeesManage content for internal employee communications, providing engaging features that improve employee engagementWorks closely with internal teams on strategy, execution and sustenance of employee engagement initiatives and Program manage engagement activities across the organization.Contribute towards the content for multiple External awards applicationsSupport Executive Leadership team in organizational announcementsServe as an internal HR resource to the Human Resources Business Partners to drive motivation, development and retention of key talentCollaborate with Executives as needed across functions and locations and support the application towards HR/Talent awards and recognitions from external organizations.Additionally, plan and execute innovative ways of employee engagement that are in tune with company\'s culture.Location - Ghansoli, Navi MumbaiExperience - 7-10 yearsRequired Qualification - MBA or Post Graduate in Communications with experience in Internal/HR CommunicationsCompetencies & Skills -Excellent Communication and presentation skillsEvent management & Engagement skillsStrong writing, editing, proofreading skillsRelationship-building and networking skillsAbility to manage projects across functions and business formats and influence othersInterested candidates with relevant experience need to apply.
