To achieve top line for the segment in line with the Organization budget
To achieve DSO target, monitor receivables for the segment.
Manage customer contracts, commercial activities and price settlements.
Drive the New Business Acquisition and focus on the Future business growth for the segment.
RFQ Management and ensure on the Conversion ratio for business acquisition.
Drive and lead Order Management for the segment with the help of reporting team
Mapping of competition, their activities and formulating appropriate strategies relevant for the segment
Coordinate and work with cross functional team, Program Management team to drive customer projects and requirements.
Work on the Annual Budget for segment and lead all the key strategic activities for the segment.
