As Senior Manager/Manager of International Sales (Export), the incumbent serves as the primary representative of for our client in the global market. Key responsibilities encompass identifying and expanding the customer base into new international markets, driving revenue growth through overseas sales, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.- Research prospective markets and distributors/dealers to increase sales volumes in the US, GCC, SEA, UK, and EU regions.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, developing and executing strategies to acquire leads in the international market at all stages of the funnel.
- Plan and forecast monthly sales, implementing strategies to achieve targets.
- Propose and follow up on promotions, events, and trade fairs to reach sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Maintain close relationships with high-value customers, establishing rapport with key decision-makers and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
