: Job Classification: Senior ManagerBusiness Title: Global Financial Shared Services ManagerDepartment: Global Financial Shared Services POSITION SUMMARY:We are in search of a proactive, detail-focused professional with a background in finance and Shared Service Center management to spearhead AMETEKs Global Financial Shared Service Center (GSSC) in India. This role involves overseeing the current team and collaborating with global leadership to grow and expand the GSSC center capabilities. The incumbent will closely engage with AMETEK Treasury, finance, and business leaders. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the recruitment, training, development, and management of the global finance shared service teams.
Partner with AMETEK finance and business leaders to identify opportunities to expand the scope of work supported by the GSSC team.
Design and implement the optimal leadership structure to support future growth of the GSSC based on roles, responsibilities, and functions.
Cultivate the professional development of the team.
Ensure exceptional customer service and communication to finance and global businesses.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through monthly dashboard reporting.
Provide support for global projects by implementing various software solutions such as SAP Ariba, Kyriba, Cash Pool, SAP S/4, and GBS.
Foster continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing among teams.
Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Professional degree required.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant management experience in global financial shared services.
4-5 years of direct leadership experience with a team size of at least 20+ individuals.
Previous experience in growing global financial shared service organizations and managing global shared service process transitions.
SAP S/4 experience.
Experience in IT systems implementation and project management is advantageous.
Willingness to work shifts aligned with European timings.

Self-driven with exceptional organizational abilities, adept at multitasking, and keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, including senior executives.
