Position: Sr.Manager Finance
Qualification: MBA Finance or CA
Experience: 12 to 18 Years
Package: 30 LPA to 35 LPA
Location: Borivali Mumbai
Industries: Solar Manufacturing (Turnover - 1500 CR)

Foreign currency loan

:

Arrangement of funds for working capital & Project Finance from various banks / FIS.(Borrowing side)
Good knowledge of options on the investing side. (investing side)
Handles Cash management, Forecast cash flow positions & related borrowing needs.
Hedging for FX exposures
Maintain banking relationships & relationships with credit rating agencies.
Can handle CMA and other regular reporting requirements of banks / RBI
Working capital control (Debtors, creditors, and inventories)
Oversee credit limits for customers
Oversee HO Accounting & Consolidation
Prepare HO MIS and review of MIS of all locations including GL Review
Calculation of Income tax and Deferred Tax Liability
Ensuring compliances
Preparation of results for the stock exchange, SEBI Reporting compliances, CARO
Analyze the results for the presentation of credit rating agencies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?3,000,000.00 - ?3,500,000.00 per year
