Job Summary:
The Senior Manager - FAO is responsible for leading and managing a team that provides outsourced financial and accounting services to clients. This role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, delivering high-quality service, managing client relationships, and driving continuous improvement in the outsourced processes. Key Responsibilities: • Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial and accounting needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed expectations.
• Financial Operations:
• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations - P2P
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial and accounting deliverables.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the finance team to meet SLAs
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Utilize technology and automation to streamline accounting processes.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the FAO team remains competitive and innovative.
• Strategic Planning:
• Contribute to the development and execution of the finance and accounting strategy.
• Collaborate with senior management to align outsourcing services with overall business objectives.
• Prepare and manage budgets for the FAO team.
• Reporting:
• Provide regular financial reports and analysis to clients and senior management.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a management role. Experience in an outsourcing environment is highly desirable. Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering financial services in a BPO/FAO setup. Skills: Six sigma green belt would be an added advantage Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment:

This role may require occasional travel to client locations. Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet client needs across different time zones.
