Job Description


This role is a lead role and will be reporting to the Global Production Head of Finance Technology directly. This role requires excellent Service Operations, Service Transition, DevOps / SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) Capabilities with good engineering mindset for better collaboration with Dev Engineers, architects, Testers and Business users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Oracle ERP support Groups GL, sub-ledgers (including Procurement, Expenses, AR, AP, Projects, Billing, Fixed Assets) and all relevant interfaces.
  • Provide Techno-Functional on going support and maintenance across the Groups ERP platform, Oracle R12
  • Support core modules across Oracle R12 including, GL, AR, AP, CE, PO, FA, PA, iProcurement,and AGIS, including security maintenance, system configuration and integration.
  • Provision of first and second line support, as well as delivering on agreed enhancement requests to the Oracle system
  • Preparation and maintenance of documentation (functional specifications, configuration documents etc)
  • Management of issue resolution, including TAR management
  • Administration of the Finance Remedy system to assign tickets to team, and leverage information within Remedy to maintain efficient and complete support service to the business
  • Liaising with third- and fourth-line support as required, including the managing deployment schedules with Group IT across production and other various development environments
  • Develop and grow the use of Third party tools used with the Oracle EBS system, (i.e. Config Snapshot, Excel4Aps, More4Aps, Noetix View Builder) within the organization and provide 1st and 2nd level support on these tools
  • Supporting the group Finance Tech Support team with on-site support on new implementations as appropriate
  • Experience and Knowledge in Oracle Fusion to involve in cloud migration project.
  • Experience in SQL,PL/SQL,Oracle Reports/Forms Builder, XML Publisher, Workflow Builder
Lead Responsibilities:
  • Understand the current state standards, steer the teams to common central standards and align as one team.
  • Influence teams to bring right work culture and showcase the best practices by leading with examples.
  • Drive production service operations during India hours and improve support standards, stakeholder communications etc.
  • Adopt and embed best practice into all support projects through the alignment to the Change Framework
  • Gather data/information on potential ideas and solutions, developing an understanding of cost/benefit principles.
  • Bring right changes to our current service management reports to ensure e2e portfolio work is visible and reported in right formats in right forums.
  • Define right problem management process and influence teams to strictly adhere.
  • Collaborate with our CorpTech governance teams and ensure FinTech is aligned.
