KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operation and maintenance management (B/D and PM) of DG set, UPS, LT & HT panel, 66KV etc..
Identify the areas for improvements to reduce the downtime and plant corrective action.
Effective coordination with inter department (QA, Production and purchase)
Preparation of annual budget of Electrical and Ensure expenses are within budget.
Ensure that Power change over activity carried out as per procedure.
Technical Investigation.
Ensure availability of the spares and critical equipment.
Responsible for overall Electrical maintenance related activity of Block A, A1, A2, B, D, E, F & I.
Ensure that all activity performed by operator as per standard procedure.
Initiate and closure document like CAPA, Change control, Observation and Deviation.
Deal and coordination with third party vendors for new spares, plant modification & Project work.
Compliance of internal and external audit points.
Ensure documents are maintained as per SOP.
Preparation and approval of capex, based on realistic approach, keeping the focus on overall project timeline and technology.
Ensure continuous improvement in engineering operating system in coordination with plant maintenance leaders & production team leaders to avoid breakdowns and repeated failures.
Compliance of Safety points.
Compliance of all QMS documents
