DVP Execution with supplier and in house bench /labcar/ system level/vehicle level validations ,generation of Green reports based on Validation reports Work with internal and external stake holders to achieve timely verification and validation of E Drive systems Personal Profile Education Post Graduate /Graduation in Power Electronics /Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering Skills/ Competencies 1.Traction drive /E Drive systems knowledge 2.Knowledge of CAN protocol (CAN1.0) and UDS 14229 3.Test cases generations and Simulation Techniques for E drive -functional simulations 4.Detailed knowledge of Validations requirements / standards internal and domestics and regulatory requirements for E Drive /Traction drive system 5.Dyno and Motor bench , Axle bench Test sets up requirements , HV Validation Labs Detailed information 6.Bench and system level test cases generations and execution 7.UDS /CAN bench and system level case generations and executions 8.Risk analysis for non compliances and alternate verification identifications 9.Knowledge of slow charging system protocols and validation requirements Relevant Experience : 1.5-6 years\' experience in E Drives / Traction drives Systems verifications and validations 2.HV Systems test methodologies and test procedures -Bench /System /Vehicle level 3.UDS /CAN -Bench /System /Vehicle level validations 4.Validation tool set e,g Battery emulators , HV Load panels , Data logging techniques, Chassis dyno , Axle bench ,Motor bench validation , Education Work Experience Key Responsibilities: S.N.Key Responsibility & Key Tasks Measures 1New Product Development Define DVP Test plan along with supplier , Track execution Plan , Review Test reports and Generate Green report for E Drive systems Create Test cases - bench /System /vehicle level for Functional ,for verification of FDD, Interface level validations against RFI /RFQ and FDD requirements Create Simulation test cases for design verifications using Model design and interface simulations Verification and validation of CAN and UDS Implementations - bench / system /proto level System level validation test cases generation and execution for Slow charging Solutions EOL ,Service tool and Flashing tool verifications support Update Test requirements based on learnings and system DFMEA TGW /TGR Creations Test cases generations / updates and Releases maintenance Timely completion of verification and validation activities as per component development plan Creations of GR/FIR/Conformance plans (in case of failures) RISK analysis of failed test cases and finalise alternate verification methods 2.NPI Process Track the deliverable success criteria for upcoming milestones at the project level and highlight issues if any. Collate data for Risk assessment and ensure timely escalation through review governance process Collate data to monitor the progress against milestone criteria as well as PAT Organize reviews to debottleneck achievement of targets and ensure identified actions are followed through.
