We offer comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry.Job Title: Design & Project Quality AssuranceAbout the Position: The Design Project Quality Assurance is responsible for Implementing Design Risk management, Reliability and Robustness practices, methodologies, and tools across all lines of products as specified, to ensure that our products and solutions are designed to be robust, reliable, and safe. This role collaborates closely with Design, Industrialization and quality teams.Mission: Implement the deployment of Design for Quality, Safety and Reliability (DFQSR) strategies, training, and methodologies. Ensure that our products are designed to meet rigorous reliability and robustness standards, while continuously improving processes and standards.Main Responsibilities:

• Deploy DfQSR strategies, collaborating closely with CFT.
• Serve as a DFMEA expert, coaching and mentoring design engineering community to execute DFMEAs with p-diagram linkage.
• Implement the DfQSR and Robustness maturity model across products
• Collaborate with Product teams to address DfQSR needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Work with Production line, process quality, Field Quality or Service Team to understand design/project issues and incorporate prevention methodologies.
• Effective tracking and closure of identified risks and publish Risk dashboards in timely intervals.
• Translate identified preventive and detective design/process controls into version controlled documentation and in-turn ensure part procurement criticality definition.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• 6 to 12 years\' experience as a Design/Process/Quality expert and Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) certified expert in new product domain.
• Preferred experience in Engg processes for electro-mechanical, embedded and software products.
• Understanding of Staged Gate product delivery and its various stakeholders.
• Preferably Certified DFSS Green Belt.
• Ability to manage execution and facilitating DFSS and DFQ activities within the NPD community.
• Proficient in XFMEA's and awareness of FTA, p-diagram driven FMEA development.
• Actively seeks external learning opportunities on robustness and reliability practices.
