Lead a team of employees focused on Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS) and SCADA & Supervisory Controls and Data Acquisition (SCADA).

Hire the right talent in accordance with the requirements and manage the team for the successful delivery of work modules from Hyderabad based global capability center.
Closely work with global stake holders including manager/SMEs from different regions to make sure that the team is effectively utilized.
Understand then project requirements and guide the team members in DERMS and SCADA software development domain
Identify and respond to professional growth needs for all team members and ensure they have the proper training to execute team deliverables.
Contribute towards technical aspects including creation of functional software specifications, design, development and testing etc in the areas of expertise.

Qualifications / Requirements
Engineering graduate /Master's degree from an accredited university in Computer science/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
12+ years of experience in Transmission & Distribution domain related areas (specifically application software development
Experience in people leadership
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to make formal and informal presentation to technical and non-technical staff and customers. Strong oral and written communication skills
Desired Characteristics
Good programming skills and proven experience in C++ or any other OOPS programming languages.
Prior experience of working in DERMS domain would be an added advantage.
Hands on knowledge in Socket programming /Web Services for Data exchange
