Join us in Gurgaon as a Management Assurance Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our control environment across various functions including Sales, Operations, Underwriting, Policy Owner Services, and Claims.Location- GurgaonResponsibilities:

• Conducting continuous transaction assurance to evaluate mortality controls effectiveness.
• Collaborating strategically with Distribution, Operations, Compliance, and IT to strengthen market conduct and governance frameworks.
• Developing and executing advanced data analytics to proactively detect fraudulent activities.
• Building and maintaining FPCU databases, ensuring accuracy and integration of various data sources.
• Designing management dashboards and automating reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.

Responsibilities-

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• 10-12 years of experience in a similar role within banking, NBFC, e-Commerce, or Insurance sectors.
• Certification in data analytics, SQL, Python, or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in BI tools, SQL query building, and automation.
• Strong understanding of forensic data analytics principles.
• Expertise in data analytical and visualization techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
