Job Responsibilities:

• As a Data Analyst - Your role will be instrumental in transforming raw data into meaningful insights to support informed business decisions. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing,and presenting data in a clear and actionable manner to aid in strategic planning and operational excellence.
• Main responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 You are expected to be strong digital acumen supporting data analysis for operational excellence. * Project owner for AI/ML Projects working along with Regional Analytics by sharing the Business and Process understandings and analysis and work until the Project implementation.

• Data Support for Performance KPI and conduct analysis for any cost savings opportunities like Share of Business Adherence, Optimization, Days to due date ( One of the Pillar in Schneider Impact Program)
• Develop Python codes conducting analysis, Develop dashboards based on project requirements (optional)
• POC for Any Digitization projects as a program manager.
• Requirement gathering and evaluation of SE business situations in order to implement appropriate analytic solutions.
• Translate business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear analytic problem statements.
• Design a plan to develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions in collaboration with SMEs in Data Science & Engineering.
• Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring and developing repeatable analytic approaches

\xc2\xb7 Working on existing / new reports the candidate should be completely at ease with all aspects of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Online and SQL Server Technologies.\xc2\xb7 Qualifications and Preference:\xc2\xb7 7-10 years hands-on experience in data visualization\xc2\xb7 Exposure to in data warehouse solution design and architecture.\xc2\xb7 Exposure to creating complex SQL Queries and using ETL tools such as Informatica/Alteryx/Tableau Prep/SSIS.\xc2\xb7 Hands on expertise of Tableau administration and maintenance.\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle multiple client engagements as a Lead with timely deliverables.\xc2\xb7 Gather requirements, design specifications, develop technical and user documentation and report development.

• Certification from Tableau would be preferred.
