##### About the Position


The Senior Manager of CSR Solutions is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategies and programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social and environmental issues, as well as the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and a wide range of stakeholders to drive impactful CSR initiatives.


##### Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:


• Develop and execute the company's CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and values.
• Identify and prioritize key areas for CSR initiatives, creating innovative solutions to address social and environmental challenges.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for all CSR programs and projects.


Team Leadership and Development:


• Lead, mentor, and develop the CSR team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and project management within the CSR team.


Stakeholder Engagement:


• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, community organizations, NGOs, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate CSR initiatives into the company's overall business strategy.
• Represent the company at high-level CSR-related events, conferences, and industry forums.


Impact Measurement and Reporting:


• Develop and implement robust metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of CSR initiatives.
• Prepare and present detailed CSR reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance in all CSR activities and reporting.


Innovation and Best Practices:


• Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in CSR and sustainability.
• Identify and implement new approaches and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and impact of CSR programs.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the CSR team and across the organization.


Communication and Advocacy:


• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote CSR initiatives and engage employees and external stakeholders.
• Create educational materials and deliver training programs to enhance understanding and participation in CSR activities.
• Coordinate and lead CSR campaigns and events to raise awareness and drive engagement.


##### Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Master's degree in Social work, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, CSR, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in a related field is a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing successful CSR programs.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and measure the impact of CSR initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills
• Analytical skills to measure and report the impact of social initiatives using relevant metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CSR reporting tools.
• Creativity and innovation in developing CSR solutions.
