MBA preferred.Working Experience: 7 years to 10 years of experience in business development, with a focus on media, TV, radio, or news sectors.Job Summary:This person will be responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities with top emerging companies and fetched business from mid-sized agencies by building its network. The role demands a highly connected individual who can leverage their strong network from past to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition by Lead Generation & Appointment Conversion:

  • Leverage your strong industry network to identify and target potential clients.
  • Convert the meetings provided by Appointment Teams with decision-makers at top companies and mid-sized agencies to close the order and achieve the targets.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities by presenting tailored media solutions that align with the client's marketing objectives.
Client Transition & Engagement:
  • Ensure a seamless transition from the initial meeting to ongoing client engagement, maintaining regular communication to foster strong, lasting relationships.
  • Stay updated and have a deep understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to continually refine your approach to client engagement.
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor by providing valuable insights and solutions that address the specific needs of each client.
  • Work closely with the Appointment Team, Data Mining Team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to client acquisition.
Skills, Qualifications & Exp:
  • Extensive network of contacts in the industry, with a proven ability to bring in new clients quickly.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and drive revenue in a fast-paced environment.
