Together, we tackle every creative challenge with our amplified strengths, ultimately bearing the groundbreaking creative work that helps make Target the decisive guest favorite, year after year As a Senior Manager, Copywriting , you will Leverage your deep digital and ecommerce expertise to be a driving force in Target Creative Bengaluru by leading a team of Digital Copywriters who support Roundel, Target\'s Retail Media Business. Create breakthrough marketing and digital experiences for our brands and categories. Strategically drive workstreams forward to meet business needs in collaboration with cross functional teams both in India & the US. Develop a deeper understanding of Enterprise Strategy and create solutions that drive impact as well as meet the needs of our guests. Articulate Target\'s brand to infuse the work with an unmistakable Target approach and will be responsible for building and further defining Target\'s voice across all digital and ecommerce channels, acting as a consultant in the shaping and sharing of style guides and best practices. Be the digital point person for copy on high-profile and/or business critical projects, leading within ambiguity and clarifying copy points of view. You\'ll coach and evaluate work through the lens of creative, but also guest journey and marketing goals. Build and maintain partnerships across Marketing, Roundel, Digital and Site Merchandising. You will work to evolve how we create work, approaching content creation in new, faster, and more efficient ways. Establish strategies for achieving individual and team goals that align to the broader Target Creative vision and drive successful outcomes. Critical to this role is having a deep expertise and application of advertising, e-commerce and digital-specific best practices and tools, staying current with retail & digital media trends and experiences and being a passionate advocate for great copy and creative. We\'ll support you along the way with personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Senior Manager, Copywriting.
