Data analysis and visualization skills are also desirable.Role responsibilitiesCRM (Salesforce) administration and optimizationOverall ownership: Oversee the configuration, customization (e.g., SFDC objects, fields, page layouts, record types, etc.) and maintenance of SalesforceIntegrations: Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other business systemsAutomation: Design and deploy Salesforce automation solutions, including workflows, process builders, and triggersPartnering with stakeholders for CRM Planning and implementationCollaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and align Salesforce initiatives with overall business objectives.
