The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our CRM (Salesforce) and business platforms to enhance sales performance and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities along with experience in Power BI and other business intelligence tools. Data analysis and visualization skills are also desirable.Role responsibilitiesCRM (Salesforce) administration and optimizationOverall ownership: Oversee the configuration, customization (e.g., SFDC objects, fields, page layouts, record types, etc.) and maintenance of SalesforceIntegrations: Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other business systemsAutomation: Design and deploy Salesforce automation solutions, including workflows, process builders, and triggersPartnering with stakeholders for CRM Planning and implementationCollaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and align Salesforce initiatives with overall business objectives. Work with regional stakeholders and representing country perspectiveWork closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align Salesforce strategies with business goalsProject management: Lead projects to deploy new features and functionalitiesData management and analysisData management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platformReporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvementSales Funnel Development: Design and implement effective sales funnels to optimize lead conversion and sales performancePerformance monitoring and reportingMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metricsGenerate regular reports for senior management to track progress and performanceProvide insights and recommendations on data analysisInnovation and continuous improvementStay updated with latest Salesforce and analytics tools features and best practicesProcess improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operationsUser training and supportUser Adoption: Drive user adoption of Salesforce through effective communication and training programsTraining & Support: Provide training and support to sales teams on best practices, new features and effective use of SalesforceGather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve salesforce / related tools usageQualificationsEducationBachelors degree in Business, Information technology, or a related fieldMBA (preferred)Experience8+ years experience in commercial excellence, business intelligence or similar roles with a deep exposure to Salesforce platformSkills (Required)Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and related toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCapability to interact with and influence stakeholders without authorityAbility to collaborate effectively with business leadershipDemonstrate behaviors aligned to the BD wayAdditional skills (Strong preference)Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesFamiliarity with business intelligence tools like PowerBI / Tableau, etc.Knowledge of sales processes and methodologiesFamiliarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica)Experience in designing and implementing sales funnelsRequired SkillsOptional Skills.Primary Work Location IND Gurgaon - Signature Towers BAdditional LocationsWork Shift
