DESCRIPTIONAs a leader within the Competitor Monitoring Team (CMT), you\'ll lead a team of applied scientists, playing a key role in the evolution of our Competitive Monitoring systems. You\'ll solve the world\'s most complex technical challenges in Crawling, Large-scale computing, Product Matching, Optimization, and Prediction & Forecasting.Key job responsibilities

• Understand in-depth the technical and scientific issues related to Natural Language Processing, Image Processing and Optimization

• Develop new solutions and science best practices

• Research the problem domain and develop novel approaches to solve customer problems.

• Drive adoption of new science and best practices among partner teams.

• Be open to experiment quickly and fail fast.

• Collaborate with engineers to develop end-to-end solutions to the business problems.

• Ideate on future roadmap for science in CMT, and CMT in general.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bangalore, KA, INDBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• PhD degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, mathematics or another relevant discipline

• 10+ years of experience using AI/ML solutions to address Large-scale computing, Product Matching, Optimization and Prediction & Forecasting.

• 5+ years of experience leading science teams

• Experience in applying machine learning to real-world problems, with demonstrated impact on product or service outcomes

• Excellent written and verbal technical communication with an ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands on experience of leading teams in launching products that are impactful and scalable.

• Experience of delivering large scale AI/ML based solutions

• Experience of influencing strategy through cutting edge research
