What You\'ll Bring: In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage several scrum teams as they deliver high-quality, secure, scalable production code \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage project delivery and timeline for key projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Partner with application and business stakeholders to ensure high quality product is developed and released into production \xe2\x80\xa2 Align development teams to meet strategic goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Play a strategic role in the build of state-of-the-art application/infrastructure systems with the high emphasis on security and scalability \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure engineering best practices through agile development, automation, infrastructure as code, robust application monitoring, resilience, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with Enterprise Architecture and Information Security to specify and document solutions and practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep abreast with evolving threats/risks, industry trends and work to implement best practices in the organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage, mentor, coach, and motivate the team members to perform at the highest level \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in hiring of new team members as necessary Position requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience-leading teams, motivating, and enabling senior technology professionals to reach career success and the goals of the business \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in operating business-critical applications, addressing failures, managing upgrade / patching schedules, downtime, and implement correction to prevent reoccurrence of issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience leading development initiatives from start to finish, including setting and meeting timelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Leadership and project management experience with strong understanding of agile management frameworks, to work in fast-paced dynamic environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to work well with multi-functional engineering teams addressing conflicts and critical issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated action oriented experience in agile environments and capable of multitasking based on priorities to deliver under pressure with minimal supervision
